Why Caddie exists.
The current generation of AI is wildly capable and almost entirely passive.
You can ask the smartest models in the world a question and they'll answer it. You can ask them to draft something and they'll draft it. What they won't do is the thing every busy person actually wants: run the work. Build out a workspace of everything you're working on. Contracts, drafts, research, the deck you'll need next month. Keep working in it for weeks. Watch a competitor's pricing every morning and ping you the moment it moves. Spend the night digesting three hundred pages of a new field and come back with the brief on your desk. Run the work while you sleep.
Caddie is built on a different assumption: that an AI should sit next to you like a sharp, persistent assistant. Do real work on real things. Tap you on the shoulder when something needs your eyes. Otherwise, leave you alone.
It runs on a computer in the cloud because that's where work actually gets done. It remembers, because you don't have time to re-brief. And the work that takes hours, it does quietly, while you live your life.
